In this powerful episode of Relevance For Today, we dive into Mark chapters 1 and 2 using the World English Bible. From the beginning of Jesus’ ministry to His calling of the disciples, healing the sick, casting out demons, and forgiving sins, we see His authority and power on full display.

The Message

Authority! — The power or right to give orders and enforce obedience.

Jesus didn't just speak with authority — He walked in authority!

Throughout these chapters, we see sickness, demons, and circumstances respond to the authority of Jesus Christ.

And here's something important for us to remember today: The same Jesus we are reading about is the Jesus Christ we serve today!
